Job Summary Sales Associate Home Decor and Gift Store HOME & BEYOND ALES ASSOCIATE - HOME & BEYOND Responsibilities: * Provide customers with exceptional service and create a warm and welcoming environment by greeting, engaging, and offering accurate product information. * Communicate in a professional and effective manner. Requirements: * Possess outstanding customer service skills. * Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor. * Be friendly, approachable, and genuinely interested in understanding customers' gift and home needs. * Value cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail. * Prior retail experience is preferred. * Capable and willing to lift objects such as a 25lb box, piece of art, or one end of a chair/table. * Exhibit concern for the safety of oneself, fellow staff, customers, and the merchandise. Workdays and hours will be determined as we meet eligible candidates.
