Bilingual Inside Sales Advisor, Food Registrar Corp's mission is to promote consumer health and safety by providing over 32,000+ food, cosmetic, medical device, and drug companies in 200 countries with US FDA compliance software and services. We are growing fast and seeking talented and dedicated professionals to join our team. As a Bilingual Inside Sales Advisor, you play a crucial role in educating both prospective and current international and US clients on services Registrar Corp provides to help them comply with U.S. Food and Drug Administration requirements. If you are a motivated and ambitious individual with a passion for sales and client success, then we want to hear from you! Role Responsibilities * Manage the entire sales cycle through inbound leads and outbound sales calls to prospects and clients Manage sales pipeline and reporting * Develop and maintain a working knowledge of U.S. FDA requirements to determine which services best address the needs of our prospective and current clients * Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual goals and metrics as outlined by sales leadership Required Skills and Abilities * Sales Acumen : Ability to source, identify, and develop new sales; experience in conducting outbound calls to maximize sales opportunities and manage inbound leads * Language skills: Fluent in English and Spanish * Consultative Focus : Experience nurturing opportunities from start to close; ability to diagnose prospect needs and build relationships through a consultative approach * Excellent Communication : Demonstrated proficiency in both verbal and written communication both in Spanish and English * Drive to Succeed : Positive attitude, high energy spirit, and the motivation to manage multiple clients simultaneously * Technical Proficiency : Ability to utilize software such as CRM, Microsoft Office, Vonage, Hubspot, etc. * Flexibility : Ability to work 8.5-hour workdays between 7am-6pm Education and Experience * At least 1 - 3 years of experience in inside sales selling services or software * Bilingual in English/Spanish required * Proven track record of making/exceeding sales quota Perks and Benefits * Remote-work opportunity * Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with company match * Paid time off and holiday pay * Fast-paced, collaborative work environment * Base compensation of $22/hour, OTE $75k; uncapped commission Registrar Corp currently supports the long-term work of team members in the following US states: Alabama, Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Mississippi, Nebraska, New Jersey, New York, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Puerto Rico, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and West Virginia.
