Join Maui's #1 locally owned surf shop, Shapers at the Queen Kaahumanu Center! We are seeking employees with a positive and outgoing attitude! Retail and Surf industry experience is preferred but not required. Duties/Responsibilities: * Drive sales and succeed in daily sales goals * Restocking and organize the sales floor * Understand product knowledge * Identify customer needs * Proper use of POS system accordingly Qualifications: * Obtains sales and customer service skills * Basic math skills * Strong verbal and written communication with customers and employees * Dependable and flexible schedule * Complete daily duties that are assigned by the store manager Job Type: Part-time Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour Benefits: * Employee discount * Flexible schedule Shift: * Day shift * Evening shift * Morning shift * Night shift Experience: * Customer service: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
