Remote Account Executive - Court Reporting Sales Location: Remote (San Francisco or Sacramento-based preferred)

Compensation

: On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $200,000+ Immediate Hire Available Are you a proven sales professional with experience selling court reporting services to law firms and a solid network of legal industry contacts? If so, we want to hear from you. Our client, a respected provider in the legal services space, is actively hiring Account Executives at all levels to join their remote sales team. Responsibilities

:

• Develop and grow your book of business by generating and qualifying leads
• Leverage existing legal industry contacts to source new client referrals
• Maintain an up-to-date client database and pipeline
• Plan and execute direct marketing and promotional activities
• Present and promote court reporting services to prospective and existing clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to manage client cases and ensure service satisfaction
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to stay ahead of trends and pricing
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and legal networking functions
• Negotiate service agreements and close deals
• Deliver product and service training to clients as needed
• Maintain detailed sales activity reports and performance metrics
• Ensure long-term client relationships and provide outstanding customer support

Requirements

: 5 -10 years of experience selling court reporting or legal support services Established rolodex of legal contacts and law firm decision-makers in your region

• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and growing client bases
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced, remote environment
• Deep understanding of the legal industry and its service requirements
