Job Summary: Primary Responsibilities: * Engage with all incoming leads and work towards closing them. * Effectively manage and nurture a pipeline of prospective clients. * Establish strong rapport with potential clients to build lasting relationships. * Follow up on leads promptly and consistently. * Handle inbound and outbound calls generated by the lead system. * Serve as the main point of contact for sellers. * Schedule and conduct meetings, ensuring win-win outcomes for all parties involved. * Develop trust with sellers, addressing concerns and guiding them to successfully close deals. * Make calls and drive through neighborhoods to generate new business opportunities. * Maintain a results-driven mindset with a focus on financial growth. * Regularly update CRM to ensure accurate tracking and organization of deals until completion. * Communicate effectively and professionally with all parties involved. * Ensure contracts are closed efficiently and within agreed timelines. * Stay eager to learn about the real estate industry while contributing to the company's market growth. * Attend relevant business meetings and training as required. * Perform additional administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
