Compensation: $80,000 - $165,000 at plan Responsibilities: * Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process * Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes * Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home * Follow-up with leads to increase sales * "Always be consulting" by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers * Lead follow up * Lead generation * Sales talk mastery * Database * CRM mastery * Follow the plan Qualifications: * Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) * Self-motivation and drive * Tech savvy * A successful and proven sales history is preferred * Show good organizational and time management skills * Real estate license required * Commission opportunity * Sales experience About Company This is an opportunity to be part of one of Orange County's top-producing teams, with over 265 million in closed volume in the past 12 months.
