Job Description : We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused individual to join our team as a part-time Retail Sales Associate. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic retail environment. Key Responsibilities : * Warmly greet and engage customers upon their arrival. * Assess customer needs and provide knowledgeable recommendations. * Demonstrate product features and functionality as needed. * Utilize good judgment in handling unusual requests or difficult customer interactions. * Handle customer inquiries via phone and email in a pleasant and professional manner. * Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately. * Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise. * Maintaining a pleasant and organized store environment. * Collaborate effectively with team members to complete tasks and achieve daily goals. Qualifications : * A knack for interacting with people and a genuine interest in learning about new products to share with customers. * Previous retail or sales experience preferred-but we are willing to train the right person * Flexibility to work retail hours - including weekends and holidays * Must be at least 18 years old -capable of lifting up to 40 lbs., stand for extended periods and occasionally climb ladders. * Comfortable handling and discussing various weaponry, blades, and airsoft guns that are part of our inventory.
