Job Description

: We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused individual to join our team as a part-time Retail Sales Associate. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Warmly greet and engage customers upon their arrival.
• Assess customer needs and provide knowledgeable recommendations.
• Demonstrate product features and functionality as needed.
• Utilize good judgment in handling unusual requests or difficult customer interactions.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone and email in a pleasant and professional manner.
• Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise.
• Maintaining a pleasant and organized store environment.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to complete tasks and achieve daily goals.

Qualifications

:

• A knack for interacting with people and a genuine interest in learning about new products to share with customers.
• Previous retail or sales experience preferred-but we are willing to train the right person
• Flexibility to work retail hours - including weekends and holidays
• Must be at least 18 years old -capable of lifting up to 40 lbs., stand for extended periods and occasionally climb ladders.
• Comfortable handling and discussing various weaponry, blades, and airsoft guns that are part of our inventory.
