Team Orientation The Elegant Interiors Furniture & Mattress non-commission sales team is looking for a new member of our team. We specialize in a no pressure, customer 1st mentality. We would love to find someone who is a good listener, has a passion for customer service; and someone who is eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with their purchases and provide exceptional customer service.
• Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Stock showroom and maintain inventory levels to ensure product availability.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits to enhance customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members to create visually appealing merchandise displays.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor to promote a positive shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proficient in retail sales and cash handling
• Experience with stocking and merchandising products
• Basic math skills and familiarity with retail math
• Ability to operate a cash register and POS systems Other Information Pay Scale is based off of performance, with "spiff" potential on applicable products. Full time is preferred. Open Monday-Saturday, and closed Sundays. On the job paid training. More information provided during Interview. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
