• Meet with 3-4 warm leads daily --no prospecting necessary!
• Close deals in person with a minimum 40% closing rate
• Build strong relationships with current customers and identify additional service opportunities
• Present and sell our premium home services with confidence and expertise
• Exceed sales targets and enjoy a lucrative commission structure

What You Bring

to the Table: Proven sales experience (home services experience preferred) A track record of high closing rates (40% minimum) Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Self-driven, competitive, and motivated to hit six-figure earnings A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
