Our work environment includes: * Modern office setting * Growth opportunities SALES ASSOCIATE Duties: - Provide sales support to customers by answering inquiries, providing information about available vehicles, and assisting with test drives - Upsell additional products and services such as extended warranties, maintenance packages, and accessories - Maintain knowledge of the market trends, competitor offerings, and industry updates - Assist with inventory control by monitoring stock levels and coordinating with the dealership's inventory management system - Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the dealership - Manage the sales pipeline by following up with leads, tracking customer interactions, and closing deals Requirements: - Proven experience in outbound sales or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong negotiation and persuasion skills - Familiarity with inventory control processes and systems is a plus - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment - Valid driver's license If you are a motivated individual with a passion for sales and automobiles, we would love to hear from you!
