• Flexible Ownership Model Surglasses is seeking ambitious, self-driven individuals to join us as independent sales partners in the medical device field. What You Get Monthly support stipend (performance-based) Choose your compensation model:
• Fixed commission per unit sold
• Flat product cost - you set the price, keep the margin _-> No cap on earnings. _ No Demo. No Surgery. You sell - we handle the rest. Our team manages installation, training, and doctor onboarding after each deal. Hands-On Product Familiarization We strongly recommend that all new partners spend at least 5 days on-site at our office to become familiar with the product. This hands-on time is highly encouraged before engaging with clients, to ensure product confidence and professionalism. Doctor Meal Reimbursement We'll cover a portion of meal expenses per hospital (monthly limit applies). Performance-Based Milestone Bonuses You'll earn additional bonuses when closing deals within the following timeframes:
• Within 3 months
• Within 6 months
• Within 24 months Ongoing support is based on active performance. Job Type: Contract Pay: From $1,000.00 per week
