Customer Service and Inside Sales Representative Department: Sales Position Location: Office in Harrisburg, SD Salary Range: $25 - $28 DOE + Inside Sales Commission

Job Summary

We 're looking for a confident communicator with a passion for people. As a key member of our Sales team, the Customer Service & Inside Sales role is all about building meaningful connections. This position focuses on proactive customer engagement--not pushy sales--through phone calls, texts, email, and social media. You'll work closely with leads and customers, supporting both our sales and production teams by creating a professional, high-touch experience from first contact to follow-up.

• Communicate with customers via phone, email, text, and social media to provide information, schedule estimates, and answer questions
• Maintain CRM records and document interactions, concerns, and project details
• Proactively nurture existing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
• Conduct outbound outreach via calls, texts, and mailers using company-provided lead lists
• Support sales and production teams with clear and timely updates
• Refer complex issues to the appropriate team for resolution
