Summary We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team on a part-time basis with potential for full-time work. In this role, you will be pivotal in driving sales and expanding our client base by promoting our extensive range of graphic design services. This position is essential for helping businesses achieve their creative goals while contributing to our mission of delivering high-quality design solutions. Responsibilities * Conduct warm calls and outbound outreach to generate new business opportunities. * Engage with potential clients to understand their design needs and present suitable solutions. * Utilize inside sales techniques to build relationships and close deals effectively. * Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients while ensuring customer satisfaction. * Collaborate with the design team to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. * Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our services. Requirements * Proven experience in sales, preferably in a service-oriented industry. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients effectively. * Experience with warm calling and inside sales techniques is highly desirable. * Ability to negotiate contracts and navigate complex sales processes successfully. * Familiarity with telemarketing practices is a plus but not required. * A passion for graphic design or creative services is an advantage.
