JOB DESCRIPTION: * Answer and direct all incoming calls in a timely manner * Greet customers and direct them as needed * Processing quotes and orders for manufacturers * Distributing weekly manufacturer production schedules * Coordinating shipments from manufacturers * Managing inventory availability / Truck Paper * Inputting manufacturer quotes, drawings & orders into filing system * Assist Management with customer quotes and sales * Input & process manufacturer and shipping invoices * Daily shipment/finished goods reports * Must meet production & time deadlines * Taking deposits to the bank * Picking up / delivering intercompany mail between local locations * Other duties as needed BENEFITS: * Health and Dental Insurance * Vision Insurance * Short Term & Long-Term Disability Insurance * Flexible Benefits Plan * Life Insurance * 401k including employer contributions * PTO Come join a winning team!
