The Sales Coordinator will assist in the organization and clerical duties of the Sales Office by functioning as the central contact for information specific to this department. Responsibilities * Answer the phone and greet clients with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience. * Ensure the office environment remains organized and professional, upholding a high standard of cleanliness and orderliness at all times. * Manage an accurate, efficient filing system for storing sales documents, ensuring quick access and ease of use. * Generate and distribute necessary departmental reports, ensuring all required information is delivered accurately and in a timely manner. * Create polished, impactful sales presentation materials with guidance, leveraging available resources to enhance their effectiveness. * Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries received via phone, email, advertising, and trade shows, providing clear and helpful information. * Draft, conceptualize, and send well-crafted correspondence and proposals, maintaining professionalism and clarity in all communications. * Conduct engaging property tours for clients and prospects, effectively highlighting the property's features, amenities, and services. * Foster and maintain strong relationships with all hotel departments, facilitating smooth communication and collaboration across teams to ensure operational efficiency. * Other duties as assigned by the leader Education and Experience * Computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, and brand property Management System(s) * Exercise excellent communication and listening skills This is an hourly position of $21 an hour.
