Job Overview: We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Cashier/Sales Associate to join our team. As a Cashier/Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales transactions, preparing drinks and desserts and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Responsibilities: - Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them in deciding menu - Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register - Provide product information and answer customer inquiries - Maintain a clean and organized checkout area - Make DQ product as per DQ Standard & Stock product as we needed - Assist with inventory management and restocking of products - Meet sales goals and targets set by the store manager - Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service - Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner Requirements: - Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred - Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish (Bilingual) - Ability to effectively communicate with customers and fellow team members - Basic math skills for cash handling and calculating sales totals - Knowledge of retail math concepts (e.g., calculating discounts, percentages) - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude - Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career growth within our company.
