Primary Responsibilities: * Sell the Services and Solutions that Imperial Surveillance offers. * Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships. * Find new business opportunities and build a healthy pipeline for future deals. * Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers, often including product demos, and presentations. * Act as the initial point of contact for alarm, access control, and video system requests. * Find new business opportunities and build a healthy pipeline for future deals. * Give professional presentations to potential future clients. * Learn and understand the products and solutions we offer. * Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule. Qualifications: * Proven success in a sales role. * Valid driver's license issued by the state in which they reside and proper automobile registration. * Proof of insurance for personal automobile liability. * Strong decision-making ability. * Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills. * Self-driven to exceed. * Passionate. * Consistently exceeds expectations. * Takes initiative. * Strong enthusiasm for their work. * Strong commitment to excellence. * Obtain PERC Card once hired Job Type: Full-time Pay: $30,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Travel reimbursement * Vision insurance Compensation package: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay Estimated Earnings: Top 5%: From $250,000-$350,000 Top 10%: From $175,000-$250,000 Top 25%: From $85,000-$175,000 Schedule: * Monday to Friday * No nights License/Certification: * Driver's License (Required) Work Location: In person
