Responsibilities: * Greet clients warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. * Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. * Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. * Engage in sales conversations with prospective and existing clients, identifying opportunities to offer insurance solutions. * Provide excellent customer service and follow up on client needs. * Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects. Qualifications: * Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. * Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations. * Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
