We are looking for an EXPERIENCED Hospice Liaison (Marketing/Sales rep) to help us grow our business. The ideal candidate will have a strong willingness to build relationships in the valley with referral sources and families. Royal Hospice, Vital Palliative is family-owned local agency that has the utmost respect for our team and their personal choices. Our company believes in patient centered care and individualized care plans for each patient. As a growing company, we are looking for a team member who has the same passion to care for others the same way we do. We are looking for a candidate who is self-motivated and looking to make a difference and help our patients and clients across a continuum of care. The primary responsibilities would be to:

• Growth of the referral base for all businesses
• Identifying opportunities within the senior communities by reaching out to assisted living, memory care, adult family homes, hospitals, and doctors.
• Responsible for achieving and exceeding of admission goals.
• Building collaborative working relationships with referral sources and internal team members.
• Develop Relationships with key facility leaders in a legal and compliant manner.
• Help assess the appropriateness of services to clients/patients for next level of care.
• Demonstrate the technical selling skills and product knowledge necessary to effectively presen our company and what makes us unique.
• Partner with the clinical team to ensure that highest level of service and support to our patients, referral sources, and community.
