We are looking for an EXPERIENCED Hospice Liaison (Marketing/Sales rep) to help us grow our business. The ideal candidate will have a strong willingness to build relationships in the valley with referral sources and families. Royal Hospice, Vital Palliative is family-owned local agency that has the utmost respect for our team and their personal choices. Our company believes in patient centered care and individualized care plans for each patient. We are looking for a candidate who is self-motivated and looking to make a difference and help our patients and clients across a continuum of care. The primary responsibilities would be to: * Growth of the referral base for all businesses * Identifying opportunities within the senior communities by reaching out to assisted living, memory care, adult family homes, hospitals, and doctors. * Responsible for achieving and exceeding of admission goals. * Building collaborative working relationships with referral sources and internal team members. * Develop Relationships with key facility leaders in a legal and compliant manner. * Help assess the appropriateness of services to clients/patients for next level of care. * Demonstrate the technical selling skills and product knowledge necessary to effectively presen our company and what makes us unique. * Partner with the clinical team to ensure that highest level of service and support to our patients, referral sources, and community.
