About the Role As a Healthcare Liaison & Business Development Specialist, you will play a key role in expanding our partnerships with healthcare facilities, SNFs, home health agencies, and other community providers. Your primary focus will be on building and nurturing relationships with Administrators, Case Managers, Wound Treatment Nurses, and other healthcare professionals to increase awareness and access to specialized wound care services. This is a highly visible, fast-paced role that requires strong communication, sales, and relationship-building skills. Key Responsibilities: * Develop & maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, facilities, and referral sources to promote wound care services. * Engage with key decision-makers at hospitals, SNFs, home health agencies, and other healthcare organizations to establish long-term partnerships. * Conduct outreach efforts, site visits, and presentations to educate healthcare professionals about our specialized wound care services. * Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and increase patient referrals. * Stay informed on industry trends and market needs to adapt outreach strategies effectively. * Collaborate with internal teams to streamline communication, ensure seamless service delivery, and provide feedback on community needs. What We 're Looking For: * Previous experience in sales, business development, marketing, or community outreach. (Healthcare experience preferred, but not required!) * Strong networking, public speaking, and relationship-building skills. * Self-starter mentality--you take initiative and get results without constant supervision. * Ability to visit at least 10 accounts daily and maintain consistent follow-up. * Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and digital marketing tools. * Passion for healthcare and a drive to contribute to improving patient outcomes.
