Local Orange County Bakery in 3 locations (Anaheim, Costa Mesa and Laguna Niguel). Looking for a front of store sales associate. Responsibilities including: serving customers, taking custom cake orders, answering phones, processing online orders. We have 10 days of PTO annually and a profit share system in place. Summary As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be instrumental in delivering outstanding customer service and driving sales within our store. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will utilize your core skills in stocking, cash handling, and retail math to ensure a well-organized shopping environment. Your premium skills in merchandising and product demonstrations will enhance customer engagement, while your ability to communicate effectively will foster strong relationships with shoppers.
