Job Summary

[MUST HAVE A BROKER LICENSE ] WE ARE SEEKING AN EXPERIENCED, LICENSED FLORIDA REAL ESTATE BROKER TO SERVE AS BROKER OF RECORD for our Real Estate and Estate Services platform. This is primarily a compliance, transaction oversight, and supervision role - NOT A SALES POSITION. You will be responsible for ensuring that all real estate activities are conducted in compliance with Florida law and DBPR regulations. The owner operates the marketing and business development side - you will oversee licensing compliance and transaction supervision. Ideal candidates are looking for a stable, leadership - focused broker role without the pressure of daily sales quotas.

Responsibilities

• Act as Broker of Record
• Supervise and oversee licensed real estate agents as needed
• Help as needed with transactions, business development (limited)
• Ensure all transactions comply with Florida law and DBPR regulations.
• Review contracts, listings, and offers for compliance.
• Serve as point of contact for DBPR audits, inquiries, and regulatory issues.
• Maintain active Florida Broker License in good standing.
• Help structure operation policies as needed. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $105,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Schedule:
