Qualifications: We're looking for a passionate, driven individual who is committed to supporting seniors in the community and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: * Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with referral sources. * Effectively manage time and prioritize tasks. * Oversee a sales territory and maintain an organized contact database. * Build and nurture relationships with both new and existing accounts. * Confidently deliver presentations to physicians and healthcare professionals. * Provide exceptional and consistent customer service. * Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Conduct outreach to Assisted Living Facilities, Skilled Nursing Homes, Hospitals, Physicians, and other healthcare professionals. * Collaborate with team members to identify and develop new market opportunities. * Utilize innovative strategies to grow and maintain the customer base. * Engage in community outreach activities, including presentations, exhibits, and one-on-one interactions with community groups, as well as coordinate special events. * Foster open communication with clinical operations staff to promote a collaborative, team-oriented work environment. Job Requirements: * Established network of contacts and strong relationships within the healthcare industry is preferred. * Must be customer-focused, persistent, and confident in presenting services to healthcare professionals. * Existing relations are a plus! * Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience. * Valid state driver's license and automobile insurance required.
