Responsibilities * Participate in open houses, networking activities and MLS to enhance your sales; * Consult with buyers in order to discover their property desires; then find properties that meet those needs * Present competitive purchase offers on behalf of your buyer * Consult with sellers- win the listing and market their home * Act as an intermediary between your seller and potential buyer * Negotiate offers on behalf of your clients * Track tasks and activities in your CRM * Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments * Prospect through your sphere and lead generation daily Qualifications You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally.
