We need passionate , love helping people and a great listen for our Richmond Store Typical compensation for salespeople in our stores is $50,000 to $70,000 a year based on skills and abilities. Must be able to work a flexible schedule of about 5 days. Benefits * Health , dental, life, STD (short term disability) * Paid time off (vacation/sick) * Paid Training * $1,000.00 SIGNING BONUS(See store for details) Sales Associate qualifications and requirement: * Pass criminal background check, pre-employment physical and drug test. * General understanding of the principles of sales * Previous sales experience with verifiable positive track record of success, preferably in the area of appliances or big-ticket items, preferred but not required. * Strong communication skills * Willingness to learn. * High School diploma or equivalent required. * Ability to safely lift up to 40 pounds on a repetitive basis, and up to 75 pounds on an occasional basis without assistance.
