Account Management * Performance management for your assigned accounts * Analyze business processes and requirements * Use data-based discoveries to drive sales activities * Create, communicate and monitor promotions and initiatives * Daily utilization of Salesforce, Tableau, etc. * Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint * Prepare & update weekly & monthly reports, scorecards, analyze sales data and trends * Identify development needs to address for improved sales and KPI's Collaboration and Communication: * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and objectives. * Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on analysis progress. Continuous Improvement: * Identify opportunities for process improvement. * Share knowledge and best practices with team members to enhance overall capabilities. SalesOps: * Overseeing salesOps processes. Reduce friction in the sales process. Support Agents, SalesTeam, and Sales reps * Overseeing the onboarding process * Adapt to changing work priorities and a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional attitude Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in a related field * Understand data trends * Ability to create and pull reports * Knowledge of statistical tools and business reporting * Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills * Strong attention to detail * Ability to prioritize and multitask
