• Performance management for your assigned accounts
• Analyze business processes and requirements
• Use data-based discoveries to drive sales activities
• Create, communicate and monitor promotions and initiatives
• Daily utilization of Salesforce, Tableau, etc.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Prepare & update weekly & monthly reports, scorecards, analyze sales data and trends
• Identify development needs to address for improved sales and KPI's Collaboration and Communication:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and objectives.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on analysis progress. Continuous Improvement:
• Identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Share knowledge and best practices with team members to enhance overall capabilities. SalesOps:
• Overseeing salesOps processes. Reduce friction in the sales process. Support Agents, SalesTeam, and Sales reps
• Overseeing the onboarding process
• Adapt to changing work priorities and a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional attitude

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Understand data trends
• Ability to create and pull reports
• Knowledge of statistical tools and business reporting
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong attention to detail
