What You 'll Do As a Sales Associate at StretchLab Powell, you'll be the first point of contact and the pulse of the studio. Your main goal? To turn curiosity into commitment while creating an unforgettable, positive experience for every person who walks through the door. Sales & Membership Growth * Make 50+ outbound calls per day to follow up with leads, reconnect with former clients, and fill up intro stretch appointments. * Lead studio tours and first-time sessions with enthusiasm and confidence, giving prospects the full StretchLab experience. * Close membership and package sales by highlighting the life-changing value of assisted stretching--not just the price. * Overcome objections with empathy, professionalism, and a positive attitude, ensuring every prospect feels heard and valued. * Upsell retail products and upgraded services that align with clients' wellness goals. Client Experience & Studio Operations * Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for both first-time guests and returning members. * Juggle multiple priorities with ease--checking in guests, answering calls, booking sessions, and supporting daily studio operations. * Be proactive about maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting front desk and lobby area. * Quickly resolve studio needs, from assisting a delayed Flexologist to fixing a printer jam. * Use CRM systems like ClubReady to manage leads, track follow-ups, and keep your sales pipeline full. Community & Marketing Support * Support marketing and social media initiatives to engage the Powell community and bring new leads to the studio. * Represent StretchLab's brand with professionalism and enthusiasm in all interactions--whether inside the studio or out in the community. Who You Are * You have sales experience in fitness, wellness, or service-based environments (gym, spa, boutique studio, etc.). * You're comfortable making outbound calls, overcoming objections, and sticking to a structured sales process. * You're tech-savvy and organized, with experience using CRM systems or scheduling platforms. * You excel at building rapport, especially with those new to wellness or assisted stretching. * You're proactive, solutions-oriented, and thrive when given ownership of your goals. * You have 20-25 hours per week of availability, including at least one weekend day. * You live locally or have a reliable commute to Powell. * You're motivated by performance-based incentives and enjoy earning commission.
