Full description of the position

Position Title: Sales Associate - Acquisitions Shift: 11 AM-7 PM Monday to Friday First and 3rd Saturday of the month (with a day off that week) Office Location: In-Person Compensation: 0-90 days 3k a month plus 3% of net profit After 90 days 4k a month plus 5% net profit Reports To: Sales Manager Experience (preferred or required): Two years of sales closing experience Previous experience in a sales environment is preferred Strong working knowledge of Google Docs and MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Could you respond to all leads and close on them? * Manage a pipeline of prospects * Build rapport with potential clients * Follow-up on information promptly * Answer/return/follow up phone calls generated by the lead system * Act as lead contact for sellers * Schedule and conduct appointments and negotiate a win/win solution for both parties * Build rapport with the sellers to overcome objections to get the deal signed * Make calls to develop new leads * Must be driven and have the mindset to want more financially * Use the CRM daily to update and stay on task until deals are closed * Communicate efficiently and effectively with all parties involved * Close contracts promptly * Willing to learn the industry and help us maintain and grow our marketplace position * Attend business meetings and training as required * Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned Position Requirements and Skills: * Must have sales experience (with a proven track record) Must be ambitious!
