Full description of the position

Job purpose The Sales Representative is responsible for establishing and maintaining current and new retail accounts and increasing our self-distribution footprint.

Duties

and responsibilities

  • Generate new business for the brewery
  • Grow relationships with retailers
  • Work in conjunction with the technical team on product creation
  • Perform product demonstrations
  • Give sales presentations
  • Collaborate with other staff within the brewery to achieve company goals
  • Work with customers to understand how the business can be improved
  • Provide technical support to customers
  • Promote product innovations by the brewery
  • Research and engage strategic accounts
Qualifications
  • Must have valid, clean drivers license and reliable transportation
  • Must be able to multi-task
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Working knowledge of Google Drive is a plus
  • Working knowledge of MS applications
  • Ability to work with others in fast paced environment
  • Must be available some nights, weekends, and holidays Working conditions
  • This position may require you to work varied hours and days Physical requirements
  • Must be able to move up 50lbs with reasonable accommodation
  • Occasionally use a dolly to maneuver 165 lb kegs.

: Base pay of $45,000 Quarterly Bonus based on performance Food/Beverage/Gas Allowance: $250/mo PTO Parental Leave Paid Holidays: New Years day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas day Beer/THC/Merch Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 per year
