Experienced agency in Sioux Falls has a career opportunity for a talented Associate. No insurance license required, we pay for training and testing. Responsibilities

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Develop insurancequotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
• Developongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
• Prospecting and generating new businessthrough leads & referral sources.
• Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email and potential client lists.

Requirements

• A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will train good individual
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Dependable, Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
• Problem-Solving Capabilities.
