Floor Coverings International provides the BEST in-home flooring experience in North America and is a fast growing, turnkey flooring provider. We are looking to add only the best In-Home and flooring sales rep to our team. You'll be working directly with the local owner and our small team to provide our clients with a great experience. To thrive in this role, you'll need to be self-motivated, an independent worker, a great communicator, highly organized, and enjoy a team atmosphere. We are looking for an individual who isn't afraid to work hard, including some evenings and weekends. The right individual will play a key part in the expansion of this company and will have the opportunity to grow as the company grows.

Compensation

Package:

• $70k base salary plus uncapped commission (OTE $110k - $120k)

Key Responsibilities

:

• Follow Floor Coverings International processes and systems
• Run company provided leads
• Networking within your specific market to self generate leads
• Act as the single point of contact to the customer for all types of flooring service requests
• Coordinate installation time and communication schedule with Office Manager
• Communicate customer needs/expectations to Install Manager to make jobs go smoothly
• Ability to maintain customer relationships and develop key referral sources to generate ongoing business
• Engage in on-going training/educational requirements (may involve travel at company expense)

Qualifications

:

• Minimum 1 year experience in In-Home sales
• Flooring sales experience is preferred but not required
• Proven track record of being a $1 million and up rep
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to successfully pass a background check, including a clean driving record, and other pre-employment screening. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year Schedule:
• Evenings as needed
• Monday to Friday
