Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with sales, and ensuring the store is well-stocked and organized. Responsibilities * Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs. * Engage with customers to understand their preferences and recommend products that meet their needs. * Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system, including cash handling and credit card processing. * Maintain stock levels on the sales floor by restocking shelves and organizing merchandise. * Supervise junior staff members, providing guidance and support as needed. * Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction. Skills * Bilingual abilities are a plus for effective communication with diverse customers. * Strong sales skills with the ability to persuade customers and close sales effectively. * Experience in cash handling and familiarity with retail sales processes. * Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing and inventory management. * Excellent communication skills to interact positively with customers and team members. * Ability to supervise others while fostering a collaborative team environment.
