Sweis Inc. is now hiring a seasoned, passionate, professional, and sales driven Account Manager with a proven track record in the role of an Outside Sales Consultant/Representative for the Orange County territory in the beauty industry. The Account Manager (Outside Sales Consultant) reports directly to the Regional Sales Manager, who will train and empower the qualified candidate with business strategies to effectively achieve sales objectives for our exclusive professional hair care and beauty brands. This is a 100% commission position, the hours are 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday - Friday with an occasional weekend (mandatory) for Sales Events, Promotions, and/or Training & Education meetings. Guaranteed draw against commission starting at, $50,000 - $75,000, depending on experience (DOE), eligible for bonus pay. This is not a remote position, requires face to face contact, in the field Monday - Friday. Job Essentials & Requirements: The ideal candidate possesses knowledge in the beauty industry with a proven track record of exceptional customer service skills. * Must be proficient in the presentation of state-of-the-art professional products and promotions * Must be proficient in outside sales (2 yrs. experience minimum), able to articulate product knowledge at any venue * Must be familiar with technical and business education * Must be able to develop and execute outside of the box strategies to support internal and external client business growth * Must be proficient in B2B (Business to Business) experience * Must be able to act as a business partner resource to our clients, exceeding expectations to confirm clients have access to all the tools required to ensure complete satisfaction. * Must be able to work well with others with a pleasant and professional demeanor * Minimum two (2) years outside sales experience (hair care industry or beauty industry is favorable but not required) Proven track record of achieving sales goals * Outstanding interpersonal skills along with the ability to establish strong transparent and productive relationships with clients * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be comfortable with public speaking * A willingness and passion to work as part of a team in a culturally diverse and fast paced work environment. * Must be able to foster positive business relationships, working closely with other team members including manufacturer representatives. * Must be able to manage multiple projects, initiatives and objectives. * Must be proficient in all MS Office Suites, Apple products, sales processing platforms, social media, * Must own reliable transportation and a good driver's record Other Requirements: This role requires extensive travel by vehicle in the assigned area with 80-90% of the work week calling on clients. Must be able to properly lift boxes, promotional materials and boxed products weighing up to 25 pounds with some bending, extensive walking and standing during store/ salon visits.
