About Us

: We are a family-owned business specializing in importing high-quality tile and stone products. Our dynamic team (70 -90 employees) operates within a fast- paced environment, dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service.

Duties

/

Responsibilities

:

• Customer Visits: Travel along a route that you plan for optimal efficiency, ensuring timely visits to customers. Provide daily reports of customer interactions to HQ, ensuring top-notch customer service.
• Customer Relationship Management: Identify and establish new customer accounts, while nurturing and following up on potential leads.
• Price List Updates & Communication: Keep customers informed by updating and emailing their price lists as necessary.
• Inventory Management & Showroom Support: Take inventory of customer showroom samples, coordinate appointments, and organize presentations of new tile collections.
• Sample Handling: Remove and label discontinued boards, organize racking systems, and ensure stands are set up properly.
• Reporting & Coordination: Complete daily ICL forms following each customer visit and submit them nightly for timely sample production for future visits. Travel

Requirements

:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday travel, with overnight stays from Monday to Thursday.
• Company Provided Equipment: Budget, vehicle, credit card, phone, and other necessary tools will be supplied.
• Insurance Compliance: A DMV driving record is required prior to employment for insurance verification. Physical Demands:
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

and Skills:

• Experience: Previous outside sales experience preferred. On-the-job training will be provided at corporate headquarters, with the VP of Sales accompanying you on territory visits.
• Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel required.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and people skills are essential for building and maintaining customer relationships.
