Sales Representative: Plastic Masterbatch We are seeking a highly driven and dynamic Sales Representative to help expand our footprint across the Texas, Oklahoma, and Midwest regions. Key Responsibilities * Proactively develop and expand the local market by identifying and attracting new business opportunities. * Initiate and manage the sales process from first contact through closing, including appointment setting and needs assessment. * Coordinate with internal color matching teams and technical experts to ensure seamless customer support. * Deliver an outstanding customer experience by providing fast, thoughtful, and comprehensive service. * Collaborate effectively with internal departments to meet customer demands and drive revenue growth. * Stay thoroughly informed about the company's full product portfolio to create meaningful, value-driven solutions for customers. Required Skills * Strong ability to engage and spark interest with prospective clients. * Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of operating independently. * Exceptional responsiveness to both customer inquiries and internal coordination needs. * Advanced negotiation skills and a proven track record of closing complex B2B deals. Required Experience * Demonstrated success in B2B sales, preferably in technical or industrial markets. * Experience within the plastics industry is essential; background with color concentrates is highly preferred. * Previous experience selling raw materials, chemicals, or other process inputs is a plus. * Bachelor's degree or higher is required. Additional Requirements * Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout Texas, Oklahoma, and the Midwest region. * Proficiency with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce, and comfort navigating digital tools and IT platforms.
