Currently, they are seeking a dedicated Promotional Events Assistant to join their team and contribute to the success of their upcoming events. Location: Riverside, CA Hours: Full-Time Preferred Start Date: Immediate Start preferred; however, notice periods will be considered. Promotional Events Assistant Responsibilities: * Assist in event logistics, including venue setup, decorations, signage, and equipment. * Collaborate with the team to deliver and promote event-related materials to attendees. * Build and maintain relationships with clients by understanding their needs, providing relevant information about products or services, and addressing any concerns they may have. * Support customers and ensure a seamless and welcoming experience for attendees. * Work closely with the sales and marketing team. * Engage with attendees, addressing inquiries and providing information with a friendly and professional demeanor. * Effectively close sales by demonstrating the value of products or services and overcoming any objections from clients. * Upsell promotional products and complete sales transactions as needed. * Contribute to post-event activities, such as gathering feedback and compiling sales reports. Requirements: * Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail. * Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. * Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, or customer service is a bonus, but not essential as comprehensive training is provided.
