Overview

: As a Promotional Events Assistant, you will become part of a team of creative, energetic, and ambitious individuals. Together, we execute a diverse range of promotional events throughout the region with the aim of expanding the customer base for well-known, reputable brands. Responsibilities

:

• Assist in event logistics, including venue setup, decorations, signage, and equipment.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver and promote event-related materials to attendees.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients by understanding their needs, providing relevant information about products or services, and addressing any concerns they may have.
• Support customers and ensure a seamless and welcoming experience for attendees.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing team.
• Engage with attendees, addressing inquiries and providing information with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Effectively close sales by demonstrating the value of products or services and overcoming any objections from clients.
• Upsell promotional products and complete sales transactions as needed.
• Contribute to post-event activities, such as gathering feedback and compiling sales reports.

Requirements

:

• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
