Summary/ Objective: This vital position within our Sales & Service Team provides administrative support for documenting orders and following through with manufacturing. The primary responsibility is to support the team in maintaining positive customer relationships with our organization. The ideal candidate will interact with customer documents and support EM teams with reports, data, and analysis. Attention to detail, organization, and the ability to communicate effectively via internal chat, phone, and email are crucial to the success of this role. Job Requirements: * Receive and process customer POs, ensuring accurate data entry into MRP systems, cost entry, and utilization of Excel for order processing and tracking. * Prepare and organize customer documents to support sales and production. * Document, Track, and respond to e-mail requests and orders, and be responsible for keeping customer reports on order status. * Manage the customer's expectations by closely tracking orders internally to ensure delivery expectations are adhered to. * Verify customer documents against sales quotes and maintain document revisions. * Create and manipulate Excel spreadsheets to efficiently handle customer orders, inventory tracking, and other relevant data management tasks. * Utilize customer portals effectively to access and manage customer orders, requirements, and communications. * Coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously. * Collect, interpret, and/or analyze complex data and information. * Understand and respond to a diverse population. * Other duties as assigned. Required Experience / Education: * Minimum of an Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field. * At least 1 - 2 years prior experience in a similar role or having similar responsibilities. * Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written. * Must be detail-oriented * Must be highly dependable, driven to learn, and able to adapt quickly to changing work instruction. * Demonstrate a strong team player mentality and a can-do attitude, collaborating effectively with colleagues and management to achieve team and organizational goals. * Prior experience with Salesforce and/or ERP systems Preferred Experience / Education: * Prior inventory experience in retail or manufacturing Additional Requirements: : Office: Must be able to sit, stand, and walk in an office workplace at a desk for prolonged periods. Must be able to lift to 10lbs on an occasional basis. Safety PPE is not required to be worn regularly for this job but is expected when the job duties are required.
