Overview
: Recruiting based for Client Busy realtor is seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a part-time Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will provide essential support to a Realtor located in Maryland, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional client service. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for the real estate industry.
Responsibilities
:
- MLS Management: Navigate the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) to upload, edit, and remove property listings with accuracy and efficiency.
- Social Media Content Creation: Utilize templates to create engaging social media content that showcases listings and the Realtor's brand.
- CRM Management: Maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring accurate contact information and timely follow-ups.
- Light Research: Conduct research on market trends, property values, and other relevant real estate information.
- Listing Processing: Assist with preparing listing documents, including contracts, disclosures, and marketing materials.
- Internal Systems Management: Maintain and adhere to internal systems for organization, documentation, and communication.
- Client Outreach: Communicate with clients via phone and email to schedule appointments, provide updates, and answer inquiries.
- Social Media Company Management: Oversee the activities of a social media management company, ensuring alignment with the Realtor's brand and goals.
- Monthly Newsletter Creation and Distribution: Create and send out monthly newsletters to clients and prospects.
- Other Administrative Tasks: Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, managing email correspondence, and scheduling appointments.
Requirements
:
- Strong Organizational Skills: The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Clear and concise communication both verbally and in writing.
- Initiative: A self-starter who is proactive and resourceful.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with computers, internet research, and social media platforms.
- Real Estate Interest: A passion for the real estate industry is a huge plus. And, if you have experience working with Realtors in the US. Hours and
Compensation
:
- 20-40 hours per month with the potential for full time hours as the Realtor's business grows.
