Compensation: $60,000 - $160,000 at plan commissions Responsibilities: * Drive business growth through proactive client outreach, including 60+ cold calls daily, meetings, and industry events. * Provide expert guidance to clients in achieving their investment goals related to valuation, acquisitions, and dispositions. * Conduct thorough property analyses , including Broker Opinions of Value (BOV), market comparisons, and research. * Stay ahead of industry trends by continuously researching and understanding the local market. * Market exclusive listings to a targeted group of qualified buyers, making your deals stand out. * Build and grow relationships with clients and industry professionals to expand your network. * Lead negotiations on exclusive listing agreements, Letters of Intent, and Purchase & Sale Agreements. * Engage in top-tier training and professional development workshops to sharpen your skills and knowledge.
