As a Client Sales Associate, you will connect with customers to help with their telecommunications services. The Client Sales Associate will provide excellent customer service to understand what each customer is looking for and how we can help them. The Client Sales Associate engages with customers to recommend appropriate solutions and products, and help them place their service request. The Client Sales Associate will select the right devices that will improve the customers experience and help with troubleshooting technical issues. Whether you are guiding a first-time smartphone user or helping a long-time customer upgrade their internet service, the Client Sales Associate is to ensure every customer leaves them feeling valued and supported. Client Sales Associate Responsibilities: * As a Client Sales Associate you will be explaining to customers the new and exciting wireless and internet services * Understand wireless devices and internet to help troubleshoot, recommend tailored solutions, and build long term success in the service they receive * Explain and promote current upgrades and sales while ensuring customers understand their options and feel confident in their choices * Educate customers on the full range of Verizon wireless products and services, including smartphones, tablets, smartwatches, accessories, and data plans * As a Client Sales Associate you will be assisting with activations, upgrades, billing inquiries, account changes, and technical troubleshooting * Stay current with Verizon product launches and industry trends to deliver accurate, up-to-date information and provide an exceptional in-store experience * Meet or exceed sales and service performance goals as set by the team and leadership * Collaborate with team members and contribute to a high-energy, positive, and customer-focused workplace What Makes a Great Client Sales Associate: * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-person environment * A natural problem-solver who enjoys helping people * Ability to retain and relay product knowledge with confidence * Previous experience in wireless, sales, or customer service is helpful, but not required * A team player with a strong work ethic and drive to succeed Job Type: Full-time Pay: $49,500.00 - $56,000.00 per year Schedule: * Day shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Work Location: In person
