Fire Alarm Construction Sales Supervisor : Sales Manager Overview : This position is responsible building client relationships, estimating new fire alarm construction projects, and coordination with operations team for successful project execution. Key Responsibilities * Reviewing bid documents, plans, and specifications of potential bid opportunities * Perform design build layouts of fire alarm systems * Assemble bill of materials and estimates * Writing of proposals for bid opportunities * Manage potential opportunities in CRM program * Building client relationships Important Skills * Relationship building * Proficient computer skills * Experience in fire alarm or construction sales a bonus * Excellent communicator * Organized * Detail Oriented
