We are looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to act as a Financial Coordinator for our Altoona, WI location. The ideal candidate must be a highly motivated individual with healthcare elective procedure experience in dealing with an out-of-pocket (no insurance) medical practice. We are looking for skilled "deal closers" who can overcome objections and challenges from patients and articulate to the patient why our practice and procedures are a fantastic fit for them. They are expected to perform sales functions, meet with patients, and guide them in the treatment processes. Following up with patients regularly to build and maintain relationships is a critical function of this medical center role and ensures excellent patient satisfaction. Achieving year-over-year sales growth by increasing gross revenue for the clinic is a must! QC Kinetix is a non-surgical regenerative medicine practice. Our goal is to help patients with arthritis, sports-related injuries, and chronic joint pain without using surgery, steroids, or pain meds. Position Details: * Understands the physiology of each treatment offered and be able to explain each treatment as prescribed by the medical provider * Presents details for recommended procedures from a medical provider. * Presents financial breakdown and financing options. * Achieves and maintains 50% baseline conversion with 12-15 consultations per day * Perform outreach and marketing activities for clinic/patient growth * Works closely with the marketing department to optimize campaigns. * Achieve year-over-year sales growth. * Increasing gross practice revenue * Schedule 1 day per week (Thursday), total of 4 days a month * Additional day(s) per week as business grows. * 7:30 am - 6:00 pm. Hours may vary. * Compensation is $500 per day BOE plus commission. Qualifications: * Medical sales: 2 years (Preferred) * Minimum of 2 years experience in a related healthcare industry-based environment and/or elective medical procedures or five years as a proven Sales Leader. * Experience with cash payment options and non-insurance elective procedures. * Experience using 3rd party financing options such as CareCredit Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to work effectively with the proper range of contingencies in a diverse community. * Ability to interact with staff in a team environment. * Knowledge of clinical operations and procedures * Knowledge of legal and ethical standards for the delivery of medical care and ability to work both independently and in a team environment * Must be able to attend 1 full day of virtual training prior to starting in clinic.
