MUST BE ABLE TO SPEAK CLEARLY AND ALSO BE A GOOD LISTENER. MUST HAVE THE ABILITY TO BE HIGHLY PERSUASIVE ON THE PHONE WHILE REMAINING PROFESSIONAL. MUST BE MONEY MOTIVATED. WE HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR THIRTY EIGHT YEARS AND GOING STRONG Responsibilities * Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. * Maintain a clean and organized sales floor to enhance the shopping experience. * Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register. * Educate customers about product features, promotions, and store policies. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and ensure customer satisfaction. * Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly with a positive attitude. * Participate in inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting stock checks. Requirements * Strong interest in sales and providing excellent customer service. * Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. * Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. * Willingness to learn about products and store operations. * Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed. * Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required; we welcome entry-level candidates eager to learn!
