What We 're Looking For: * Proven Sales Experience: 1+ year of phone sales experience with a focus on high-volume calling (200-300 calls/day). * Engaged & Open-Minded: Eager to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced team environment. * Reliable & Professional: Punctual and dedicated to working on-site Monday-Friday. * Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Key Responsibilities: * Master CRM systems and Chase Dialer software. * Make high-volume outbound calls to present, promote, and sell apnTech services. * Build and maintain strong customer relationships. * Meet or exceed sales targets to contribute to team success. Requirements: * High School Diploma or GED. * Proficient in English (written and verbal). * Computer literate, including proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. * Strong selling, negotiation, and time-management skills.
