Overview

: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic telemarketer to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in sales within the construction industry , strong follow-up abilities , and proven lead generation skills. You should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for connecting with potential customers over the phone. As a telemarketer, you will play a crucial role in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and promoting our services to a targeted audience.

Responsibilities

:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospects using provided call scripts
• Introduce our construction services to potential customers and generate interest
• Qualify leads and set appointments for sales representatives
• Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and quotas
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any questions or concerns
• Collaborate with team members to achieve shared sales goals
• Stay informed on our service offerings, industry trends, and effective sales techniques

Requirements

:

• Proven experience in telemarketing or sales within the construction industry is required
• Strong lead generation and follow-up skills
• Excellent verbal communication skills and phone etiquette
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential customers
• Strong listening, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to exceed sales targets
• Comfortable using CRM software and basic computer applications
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Job Type: Full-time Pay: $22.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Schedule:
• 8 hour shift
