Essential Duties and Responsibilities: This position will effectively present targeted number of sales estimates and offers to potential customers. * Complete all sales duties, including, but not limited to, Service Agreement Completion, accurate inspections, and follow up on previous estimates. * Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures. * Local travel required within your territory or state. * Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Education Requirements: * Previous sales experience required in pest control. * Excellent communication skills, friendliness and ability to build rapport with potential customers required. * Must possess ability to learn and communicate technical, industry-related data pertaining to the services to be sold. * High School diploma or GED required. Required Skills: * Ability to perform the essential job functions, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards safely and successfully. * Regular and punctual attendance. * Must be able to talk, listen, and speak clearly to build relationships and promote excellent customer service. * Must possess valid driver's license and meet company driving standards (should be under required) Preferred Skills: * Industry licensed in accordance with stat regulations Physical requirements: * Extensive driving and walking * Long hours on the telephone and personal contact with customers * Ability to work long hour as needed Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Benefits: * Company car * Health insurance * Paid time off * Paid training Compensation Package: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay Schedule: * Monday to Friday * No nights * No weekends Work Location: In person
