Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services.
• Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
• Utilize phone etiquette to establish rapport with clients and maintain positive relationships.
• Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products.
• Handle cash transactions accurately when necessary, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions in our computerized system.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a call center or office environment is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess customer needs effectively.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in using computers and various software applications for data entry and record keeping.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately when required.
• A proactive attitude towards outbound calling and engaging with customers is essential.
