Responsibilities * Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services. * Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively. * Utilize phone etiquette to establish rapport with clients and maintain positive relationships. * Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products. * Handle cash transactions accurately when necessary, ensuring compliance with company policies. * Maintain organized records of customer interactions in our computerized system. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance. Qualifications * Previous experience in a call center or office environment is preferred. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess customer needs effectively. * Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills in English, both verbal and written. * Proficiency in using computers and various software applications for data entry and record keeping. * Ability to handle cash transactions accurately when required. * A proactive attitude towards outbound calling and engaging with customers is essential. * Strong typing skills for efficient documentation of customer interactions.
